Instructions:

  1. Take a pair of scissors and cut the neck of the shirt into a V shape.

  2. Cut off both sleeves and a little bit past the sleeves for bigger straps.

  3. Fill the bucket with hot water.

  4. Take a small plastic bag and rubber bands and place over the part of the shirt that you do not want to get the dye on ( for the ombre affect).

  5. Use gloves before dying the shirt.

  6. Take 1 cup of salt and pour into bucket.

  7. Take your dye and pour half of the bottle into the bucket.

  8. Stir until mixed well.

  9. Take the shirt and dip it into the bucket of dye up to the plastic bag.

  10. Let it sit in the dye for 15 minutes.

  11. Take a section of the shirt and pull it out of the dye, leaving 8”to 10”  of the bottom of the shirt still in the bucket of dye.

  12. Pour the rest of the dye into the bucket.

  13. Stir until mixed well.

  14. Let it sit in the dye for 15 minutes.

  15. Rinse the shirt and hang to dry over night.

  16. Take the shirt and turn it inside out.

  17. Apply the peel and stick tape and place at the bottom hem of the shirt.

  18. Take another piece and place it right above fist strip.

  19. Peel off the paper backing to reveal sticky side.

  20. Start at the corner of the t-shirt and place the top edge onto the bottom.

  21. Smooth it out.

  22. Turn the shirt inside out.
