Add a pretty crochet edge to any plain and boring T-shirt with this free easy crochet pattern from DMC Threads. This is a great look for the warmer months. This upcycled shirt idea is a fantastic solution to a t-shirt that is fraying at the edges. The crochet edge allows you to keep the shirt from unraveling while still adding some lovely touches of style. This unexpected crochet project idea is especially feminine and combines crochet lace with casual t-shirt ideas to make one unexpected idea. Plus, you could easily use this idea to upcycle tanks, dresses, and skirts.

Also I am expecting my first grandchild, so it will be great to be able to do things for 'the bump' as we call heshe till we know what it is. Thank you very much. Frances - Spain
