I am so impressed with the pattern and instructions presented here. I notice lately that those in charge of preparing and laying-out the patterns have exerted extra effort in making it easier for us readers to understand the instructions. This Nautical Sleeveless Shirt is so elegantly summery. It is so carefree, so light and subdued I thought it was one of those very common brightly colored nautical tops. Nevertheless, it is so sophisticated, cool and laid back. It is not only perfect for seaside visits and sailing trips, it is also perfect for just strolling some night out with friends. Cheers!

I'm not a fan of strips but this Nautical Sleeveless Shirt spoke to me. After reading the written pattern, right here on this page, it looks like I need to make it, strips and all. The pattern is well written and I love that it's a tighter weave and I don't have to wear a top under it. Has anyone made this and if so, how did the pattern work for you? I'm hoping the bugs have been worked out and it comes out as pictured. I'll be trying it soon, and hope to post pictures. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.

I really like the look of this top! I see it uses Patons Grace. That is a mercerized cotton. I dont imagine it will have much stretch to it. I would love to read what others have experienced with it and this pattern. Does this yarn pill or fade like other cotton yarns?

I like this top but without the collar, I think I will make it and finish the neckline some other way. Thanks Favecrafts for the inspiration.
