Christmas Tree Dishcloth

Materials: 

• Lily® Sugar’n Cream® (70.9 g/2.5 oz; 109 m/120 yds)
• Contrast A (00016 Dark Pine) 1 ball
• Contrast B (00001 White) 1 ball
• Size 4.5 mm (U.S. 7) knitting needles or size needed to obtain gauge.
• 20 sts and 26 rows = 4" [10 cm] in stocking st. gauge

Instructions:

1. With B, cast on 52 sts.
    
2. 1st row: (RS). Knit. Place marker at end of row.
    
3. 2nd and 4th rows: Purl.
    
4. 3rd and 5th rows: Knit.
    
5. 6th row: Purl. Break B.
    
6. 7th row: (Make pleat-RS). With A, *Pick up horizontal loop at WS of stfrom marked row directly below next st and place on left-hand needle. Knit this st tog with next st on needle. Rep from * to end of row.
