I am using this pattern to make a baby blanket for my FIRST grand baby! I am a little confused though. It says to "Rep Row 2 in a 2-row color pattern." Row 2 does NOT have you "chain 3" at the end of a row, like Row 1 does. Is this correct? Also, whenever I get to the end of a row, and I am supposed to "dc in last dc" I feel like I can never identify that last dc, so I end up just kind of faking a stich in. Am I doing something wrong? It looks OK, but it's just kind of frustrating.

This looks more like a shell stitch than a cluster stitch.

I really enjoy how easy this was to follow. Would like to know how I could have done this without having to tie off each row.

I made this blanket for a friend. It worked up very quickly, finished it in four days. I changed the colors, made it a little longer and it turned out beautiful. Thanks for pattern.

Beautiful soft pattern and colours which allows you to change the colour to match the surroundings of the baby by making more than one blanket.... eg. daytime blanket and night time blanket. Oh Baby you look lovely.

I made this baby blanket and it turned out fabulous. I am so happy about it. I love the pictures you posted, especially the close up. I also just started another one using different colors because I was so satisfied with the first. I would love to know if the multiples of this blanket are 5. This is such a pretty blanket that I am sure that it would be nice in a smaller version for the car or for a carriage coverlet. Thank you for this beautiful and successful patter. I highly reccommend it. Happy Hooking to all.

sfelicien: The "A" refers to the color chart. You are going to chain 129 chains with color "A" on an I hook. Hope this helps....this is a pretty pattern and I am going to put it into my crochet baby blanket closet to work up and have on hand for a new baby.

I'm confused what do you mean ch 129 with A and H hook. I know how to do it with 1 hook
