Organic Cotton Tank Top in Oasis

Organic Cotton Tank Top in Oasis

 

Materials:

  • Bernat Organic Cotton (50 g/1.75 oz)
  • 4 (5-5-6-7-8-9) balls of #43117 (Oasis)
  • Sizes 5.5 mm (U.S. I or 9) and 6.5 mm (U.S. K or 10½) crochet hooks or size needed to obtain gauge.

 

GAUGE:
13 sc and 14 rows = 4 ins [10 cm] with smaller hook.

To fit bust measurement:
28/30 (32/34-36/38-40/42-44/46-48/54-56/62) ins [71/76 (81.5/86.5-91.5/96.5-101.5/106.5-112/117-122/137-142/157.5)] cm.

 

Instructions:

  1. With larger hook, ch 104 (116-128-142-156-180-208) loosely. Join in rnd.
     
  2. 1st rnd: (RS). Ch 3 (counts as dc). 1 dc in each ch around. Join with sl st in top of ch 3. 104 (116-128-144-156-180-208) dc.
     
  3. 2nd rnd: Ch 3. (counts as dc). 1 dc in each dc around. Join with sl st in top of ch 3.Rep last rnd for 8 ins [20.5 cm].
     
  4. With smaller hook, work in sc for 6 ins [15 cm].
     
  5. Next rnd: Ch 1. 1 sc in each of next 16 sc. Ch 2. Miss next 2 sc. 1 sc in each of next 26 sc. Ch 2. Miss next 2 sc.1 sc in each sc to end of rnd.Join with sl st to first sc. Work 2 rnds in sc. Fasten off.

    Straps
    (make 2):
     
  6. Make a chain 29 ins [73.5 cm] long. Sl st in each “bump” along back of ch. Sew Straps to back. Thread Straps through holes and tie in position.
