Hooded Pullover or Beach Cover up

By:

Crochet a comfortable, hooded pullover with flattering v-neck and tunic length. This great pullover would also be perfect for a beach cover-up. Use this intermediate crochet pattern to make a washable cover-up in Lion Brand Yarn's eco-friendly organic cotton yarn.

Hooded Pullover

Materials:

  • 480-125 Nature's Choice® Organic Cotton Yarn: Walnut 12 balls (14,16)
  • Lion Brand Crochet Hook - Size I-9
  • Lion Brand Stitch Markers
  • Large-Eye Blunt Needle

Size: Medium, Large, 2X
S/M (L, 1X/2X)
Finished Chest 38 1/2 (44 1/2, 49) in. (98 (113, 124.5) cm)
Finished Length 31 (32, 33) in. (78.5 (81.5, 84) cm)
Note: Pattern is written for smallest size with changes for larger sizes in parentheses. When only one number is given, it applies to all sizes. To follow pattern more easily, circle all numbers pertaining to your size before beginning.

Gauge:

11 hdc + 8 rows = 4 in. (10 cm) BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
