Glamorous Crochet Turban Headband

Every woman needs a bit of glam to go with any outfit, and this Glamorous Crochet Turban Headband is a beginner crochet pattern that should do just the trick! This easy crochet hat can tie any outfit together with its simple and chic appearance. This hat looks great and is so easy to make. Whether you need an extra little something to dress up an old outfit or you just need to keep your hair out of your face, this Glamorous Crochet Turban Headband is an accessory necessity.

Glamorous Crochet Turban Handband

Materials:

  • 5.00mm Crochet Hook
  • 50g 8ply Yarn
  • Scissors
  • Tapestry/Wool Needle

Size:

  • This headband fits all sizes

Instructions:
Chains at the start of a round count as the first Half Double Crochet of that round

  1. Taking your yarn and 5.00mm crochet hook, start of by making a Slip Knot, and then crocheting 8 Chains.
     
  2. Row 1 Chain 2. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet into the fourth chain from your hook. Then crochet 1 Half Double Crochet into every chain across. You should have 8 half double crochets now.
     
  3. Row 2 - 122 Chain 2. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet into every stitch all across. {Note: You can either add or take away a couple of extra rows depending on your head's circumference.}
     
  4.  Fasten off, and weave in loose ends.
     
  5.  Now, taking your crocheted strip, bring it up from the back of your head {Note: As if you were going to tie a bow on top of your head}, and twist it once before bringing the ends back down to the back of your head.


     
  6. Slowly take the twisted headband off your head. Now, taking the tapestry needle and yarn, sew both ends of the headband together.
     
  7.  Fasten off, and weave in loose ends.
