Materials:

  • 330 yds. White Red Heart 4-ply yarn (A)
  • 290 yds. Maize (Yellow) Red Heart 4-ply yarn (B)
  • 290 yds. Light Peach Red Hearat 4-ply yarn (C)
  • H and I crochet hooks or size needed for guage

 

SIZE: 37” x 37”


GUAGE: With H hook – 4 rows = 3”

Sh, dc, Sh = 3”
 

STITCH GUIDE

Chain (ch), Single Crochet (sc), Double Crochet (dc)

Special Stitch: Shell (Sh) – 2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc

 

Instructions:

Row 1 – With A and H hook ch 129, Sh in 6th ch from hook, *skip 2 ch, dc in next ch, skip 2 ch,

Sh in next ch, rep from * across ending skip 2 ch, dc in last ch, ch 3 and turn.

Row 2 - *Sh in ch 1 sp of Sh, dc in dc, rep from * across, dc in last dc, fasten off and turn.

Rep Row 2 in a 2-row color pattern:

A, B, C 8 times (48 rows)

 

EDGING

With A and I hook starting at top edge right corner (3 dc, ch 1, 3 dc) in first dc, *sc in ch 1 sp of

Sh, skip 2 dc, Sh in next dc, skip 2 dc, rep from * across ending (3 dc, ch 1, 3 dc) in last dc, work along side edge *sc in dc, Sh in next dc, rep from * across ending (3 dc, ch 1, 3 dc) in l st ch st of bottom edge, work along bottom edge *sc in ch below Sh, Sh in ch below dc, rep from * across ending (3 dc, ch 1, 3 dc) in last ch, work along side edge as for opposite side edge, join to beg dc and fasten off.
