The pattern is completely confusing, the are not to tell you where to continue from. It also doesn't tell you how many rows to complete, I guess we just have to figure this out for ourselves. This is a beautiful stitch and would be great for a beginner, if the pattern was understandable.

The materials at the top call for 12 balls Bernat Berella 4 (3.5 oz/100 g solid and 3 oz/85g ombre) yarn in Ombre (MC). Please help I start with the MC which is the 3 oz of Ombre yarn, what color is the A on Round 5? Is it part of the 12 Solid or the 4 balls Bernat yarn in contrasting color?

For those having trouble with stitches, try YouTube. A lot of the crochet videos there are beyond helpful. Good luck. I'd like to try this afghan but given the comments, I think I'll wait to see if anyone is successful!

The pattern does not tell us where to repeat from - i.e. there is no asterisk and anything I have tried has not resulted in the right number of stitches. Help please. Carolyn Tilove

does not tell you when or how to change colors to get the design on the afghan. the design is nice with the different colors if i could figure them out!

I was reading the comments about the difficulty in seeing the pattern because it was too small. I thought the same thing but tried the following and it really worked nicely. I copied the picture, placed it in a Word Document, enlarged it right to the edges of the page, and I saw crisp detail of the pattern. It really is a very nice pattern. I hope that helps. (It will even get a bit larger if you minimize the margins in the Word doc.)

some of these pics are useless, the patterns are not reconizable, they need to be enlarged.
