How to Transform a Costume Jewelry Pin into a Pendant

By:

Costume jewelry is fun to wear, but at a certain point, you might not know what to do with your old pieces. Learn how to transform a costume jewelry pin into a pendant from Candace Jedrowicz and change the way you think about jewelry craft ideas forever.

In just three simple steps you can completely change a pin and make it a fashionable pendant. Add beads to the pin back and clasp it shut. Fold a chain in half and slide it so the loop shows. Guide the rest of the wire through the loop and tighten the chain. Attach a charm to the pin in the space between the two strands and wear your piece with pride. You won't believe how easy it is to create a cool pendant out of items you already have in your jewelry box.
