How to Make a Stepper Card

By:

Card craft ideas don't have to be boring or generic. Add a 3-D element to your greetings and learn how to make a stepper card using Ruby Rock-It supplies. Use the techniques outlined in this video for birthdays, holidays and more.

This project can be completed in four easy steps, so you can make a bunch in one sitting. Use scrapbook paper and decoupage to create a competely unique look - the more contrast between the embellishments, the more eye-catching your card will be. Incorporate these elements into other paper crafts and scrapbook pages - your pieces will stand out and make a huge impression.
