Save your old t-shirts and transform them into cool dresses, tops and more. Learn how to make a Cut Shirt Dress Design by simply using Westcott scissors. Old t-shirt crafts help you save money and transform your wardrobe without leaving home.

To create a unique and unexpected t-shirt design, simply begin by folding the fabric. Begin cutting slits in the fabric - the more slits, the crazier the design. If you want to make a long dress, create narrow slits. Once you've made the desires amount of cuts, slip on the shirt and begin stretching it down. This will help create a wavy, 3-D effect. It's up to you if you want to add embellishments or leave your upcycles shirt completely plain. Either way, you're sure to make a huge statement when you step outside.
