How to Make Vintage Inspired Winter Wall Art

Capture the best aspects of winter by making craft projects, wall decor and more. Learn how to make Vintage Inspired Winter Wall Art from Tiffany Windsor that you can hang all year long. Even when it's warm, you can evoke those warm and fuzzy winter feelings. Cheesecloth, alcohol ink and wooden ornaments bring this cool canvas to life.

Begin by adding a wooden ornament to a plain canvas. Cover the entire canvas (including the ornament) with spray paint. Dip a piece of cheesecloth into decoupage glue until it is complete saturated. Cover the canvas in matter decoupage glue and apply cheesecloth. Coat the entire space in matte glue and cut off any excess cheesecloth. Mix alcohol ink and rubbing alcohol together to create a cool color. Brush ink over the entire canvas. Add some glue and glitter to the edge of the canvas for a sparkly effect.
