Transform an empty paper towel or toilet paper roll into cardboard tube art. Learn how to make Paper Towel Roll Napkin Rings from Ann Butler that look like products from an antique store. Use floral embellishments to add a fun and whimsical touch to each one.

In just five steps, you can start and complete this eco-friendly craft. Measure and cut the cardboard tube into appropriately sized pieces. Cut cardstock into similarly sized pieces and then cut them in half after that. Glue one strip to the inside of the ring and one to the outside. Cut three flowers per ring out cardstock using a die cut machine or simply create your own. Curl up the edges of the flower so it pops up and secure each one to the napkin rings using a paintbrush and glue. Be sure to use these handmade items for your next dinner party.
