These felt crafts are full of holiday cheer. Easy Christmas crafts like this Holiday Stocking & Ornaments are too good to miss.

Materials:

  • Ka-Jinker Tool
  • 1 package green Ka-Jinker Links
  • 2 packages pink Ka-Jinker Links
  • 1 package gold, red, and light pink faceted star Ka-Jinker Jems
  • 20" x 24" green felt
  • 20" x 12" pink felt

Instructions:

  1. Enlarge stocking pattern and trace onto paper. Using outside cutting line, cut two stockings from green felt. Using middle cutting line, cut one stocking of pink felt. Using inner cutting line, cut one stocking from white felt.

  2. Following manufacturer's instructions, apply fusible web to red felt and to scraps of pink and green felt.

  3. Cut 15 small petals and 10 large petals of red felt, 10 small petals of pink felt, 6 small leaves and 4 large leaves of green felt.

  4. Using photo as a guide, position petals and leaves onto white felt stocking. Use 5 small red petals and 2 small leaves to make each of the three small poinsettias. Use 5 large red petals and 2 large leaves to make each of the two large poinsettias. On each red petal of the large poinsettias, place a small pink petal and position it toward the center of the flower. Leave a small space between each petal and leaf as well as a small open area in the center of each flower. Fuse all petals and leaves to the stocking.

  5. Insert green Links into Ka-Jinker tool. Ka-Jink a gold star Jem at the center of all poinsettias. Using photo as a guide, position and Ka-Jink additional gold, pink, and red star Jems around the flowers.

  6. Ka-Jink a line of green Links down the center of each leaf.

  7. Glue white stocking to pink stocking, keeping top edges even. When glue is dry, position decorated stocking onto one of the green stockings, keeping top edges even. Pin to hold temporarily.

  8. Insert pink Links into Ka-Jinker tool. Ka-Jink a row of pink Links around the pink border of the stocking. Place Links about 1/4" apart. Remove pins.

  9. Place decorated stocking front onto remaining green stocking back. Cut a 1/2" x 3 1/2" strip of green felt and a 1/4" x 3 1/2" strip of pink felt. Glue pink strip onto one edge of green strip. To make hanger, hold felt strip in half and place between front and back stockings, at upper right edge, aligning pink side of strip with pink border of stocking.

  10. Glue front and back edges together, leaving top open.

"Enlarge stocking pattern and trace onto paper. " I don't see this pattern to download, therefore I'm assuming it's included with the Ka-Jinker tool. But this should be made clear in the article or the download provided if appropriate.
